01 · TERMS OF SERVICE

THE RULES FOR USING OUR SERVICES.

These Terms apply to The Table Entertainment website, the 100mill Leveling System, its Discord bot, customer portal, admin tools, notifications, CXP features, and related support (together, the “Services”). By creating an account, connecting a server, purchasing a plan, or using the Services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

Who may use the Services

Customers who own or manage a server must be at least 18 and able to enter a contract. Community members must meet Discord’s minimum age and the minimum age required in their country. The Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

Customer responsibilities

  • You must have permission to connect, configure, and manage each server and social account.
  • You must tell your members what the bot measures and obtain any notice or consent required by law or platform rules.
  • You are responsible for your categories, ranks, point rules, staff permissions, content, and member disputes.
  • When you request hands-on support, you authorize approved support staff to access only the server settings and records needed to solve that request. You may end that authorization at any time.
  • Never send us a Discord token, social-media password, payment password, backup code, or authentication code.

Service limits

Social platforms decide what information their official tools make available. We do not promise that private likes, removed likes, follows, unfollows, shares, unshares, or other actions can be detected. A feature is available only when the platform lawfully provides the data, the account owner authorizes access, or a member submits verifiable information. Platform changes, outages, rate limits, and reviews may delay or remove a feature.

Availability and changes

Beta features may change. We may suspend a feature or account to protect users, comply with law or platform rules, prevent abuse, or repair the system. We will provide reasonable notice when practical. You may stop using the Services at any time.

No professional advice; warranty and liability

The Services are provided “as is” and are not legal, tax, employment, financial, or professional advice. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not responsible for indirect, special, incidental, punitive, or consequential loss, lost profits, or lost data. Our total liability for a paid claim will not exceed the amount you paid us for the affected Service during the six months before the event. Some places do not allow every limitation, so mandatory rights still apply.

Account enforcement and disputes

We may warn, limit, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate these rules. Before filing a lawsuit, each side agrees to contact the other and try in good faith to resolve the issue for 30 days, unless urgent relief is needed. These Terms are governed by applicable U.S. and North Carolina law, without taking away consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.

02 · PRIVACY POLICY

WHAT WE COLLECT AND WHY.

We use personal information only to run, secure, support, and improve the Services; complete transactions; meet legal obligations; and communicate about the account.

ACCOUNT

Name, email, account identifier, authentication status, plan, and billing status.

DISCORD SETUP

Server, channel, role, and member IDs; categories; ranks; CXP rules; support notes; and audit records.

SOCIAL CONNECTIONS

Profile handles or links, authorized tokens where used, public post data, notification settings, and qualifying activity records.

TECHNICAL & SUPPORT

Security/session information, device or browser details processed by our providers, request logs, messages, and issue history.

How information is used

  • Authenticate users and keep customer servers separated.
  • Deliver notifications, points, rankings, role changes, leaderboards, and support.
  • Prevent fraud, fake engagement, abuse, unauthorized access, and technical failures.
  • Maintain audit records, enforce agreements, and comply with valid legal requests.

How information is shared

We do not sell personal information. We do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We may share only what is needed with hosting, authentication, database, payment, support, analytics, and connected-platform providers; with a customer’s authorized server administrators; to complete a user-requested action; during a business transfer; or when legally required. Providers must use information only for their assigned service.

Retention and security

We keep information only as long as needed for the account, Service, security, dispute, tax, or legal purpose. Deactivated account data is deleted or de-identified on a reasonable schedule, subject to backup cycles and legal holds. We use access controls, least-privilege staff roles, protected authentication, audit logs, and reasonable technical and organizational safeguards. Support sessions record the staff member, customer server, reason, time, and important changes. No system is perfectly secure.

Cookies and connected platforms

Necessary cookies or similar storage may keep users signed in and protect sessions. Connected platforms operate under their own privacy policies. If you choose a language from our translation control, the requested public page is sent to Google Translate under Google’s privacy terms; no translation request is made until you choose one. Disconnecting a platform stops new access, but information already needed for security, accounting, or legal compliance may remain for the applicable retention period.

03 · ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY

KEEP IT REAL. KEEP IT SAFE.

You may not use the Services to:

  • Scrape a platform, bypass a rate limit or privacy control, collect credentials, use self-bots, or access information without permission.
  • Create fake likes, follows, comments, reviews, streams, shares, accounts, or other deceptive engagement.
  • Require positive reviews, suppress honest criticism, punish lawful negative feedback, or misrepresent a paid or rewarded relationship.
  • Spam, harass, threaten, discriminate, stalk, dox, exploit minors, distribute sexual or violent illegal content, or organize unlawful activity.
  • Infringe copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights; impersonate another person or platform; or misstate that a platform sponsors us.
  • Upload malware, probe security, evade enforcement, resell API data, or use data for employment, housing, insurance, credit, or other high-impact eligibility decisions.

Customers must provide members an easy way to report problems. We may investigate, preserve evidence, remove access, or report serious threats and illegal conduct when appropriate.

04 · CXP & SOCIAL REWARD RULES

POINTS REWARD ACTIVITY—NOT DISHONESTY.

  • CXP is an in-service score with no cash value, ownership right, or guaranteed prize unless a separate written promotion says otherwise.
  • A member must never be required to praise a brand, give a positive review, hide criticism, or claim an experience they did not have.
  • If CXP, perks, prizes, discounts, roles, or other value could affect how people understand a post, the member and customer must make a clear disclosure such as “Rewarded with community points” near the post.
  • Do not award points for a like or other action when the platform does not allow a clear disclosure and the action would reasonably look like a brand endorsement.
  • Automated checks must use authorized data. Manual claims may require a link or screenshot and can be rejected when unverifiable.
  • Duplicate, reversed, fraudulent, botted, or otherwise disqualified activity may result in point correction after notice and review.

05 · BILLING & CANCELLATION

NO SURPRISE CHARGES.

These billing terms apply when paid plans launch. Before payment, checkout will show the plan, included server slots and features, total price, billing frequency, trial or promotional end date, renewal terms, taxes when known, and how to cancel. Recurring charges require affirmative consent; we will keep a record of that consent.

  • Plans renew for the period shown at checkout until canceled.
  • Cancellation will be available through the same online account or another simple method shown at purchase.
  • Unless checkout says otherwise, cancellation stops future renewal and service continues through the paid period.
  • Refunds follow the terms displayed at checkout and any rights required by law.
  • Failed or disputed payments may pause paid features after notice. We will not charge an undisclosed fee.
  • Cash App payments remain pending until an authorized admin verifies the payment reference and amount. Never send a Cash App password, PIN, security code, or full financial account details.

06 · CONTENT, COPYRIGHT & TRADEMARKS

OWN YOUR CONTENT. RESPECT THEIRS.

You keep ownership of your content. You give us a limited license to host, process, display, and transmit it only as needed to provide and protect the Services. You promise you have the rights and permissions needed for content you submit. The Table Entertainment and 100mill names, designs, and software remain ours or our licensors’ property.

Send a copyright report through our contact page with your name, contact information, the work, the exact location of the challenged material, a good-faith statement, an accuracy and authority statement, and your physical or electronic signature. We will review complete notices and take appropriate action. Before relying on DMCA safe-harbor procedures for user-hosted content, we will keep a current designated-agent registration and public contact record.

07 · OPERATING & SAFETY PROCEDURES

HOW OUR TEAM HANDLES PROBLEMS.

1
RECEIVE & RECORD

Log the report, time, affected account or server, reporter, evidence, and immediate safety concern. Never ask for passwords or tokens.

2
TRIAGE

Prioritize threats to life or minors, active account compromise, payment fraud, privacy incidents, harassment, copyright, and ordinary support in that order.

3
AUTHORIZE & LIMIT ACCESS

Confirm that the server owner or an authorized administrator requested help, record the reason, and use least privilege. Staff receive only assigned permissions. Sensitive support changes and admin previews are logged. Authorization can be revoked, and access is removed promptly when a job changes.

4
CONTAIN & INVESTIGATE

Pause affected features, preserve relevant evidence, rotate exposed credentials, check logs, determine scope, and avoid changing unrelated customer data.

5
NOTIFY

Tell affected customers, users, platforms, payment providers, insurers, or authorities when required. Security-breach notices will be made without unreasonable delay as applicable law requires.

6
FIX & FOLLOW UP

Document the decision, restore safely, correct points or roles when justified, explain the result, and update controls to reduce repeat issues.

Launch checklist

  • Use official APIs, approved scopes, verified redirect URLs, and current platform reviews.
  • Publish these policies and show them before account setup and payment; keep proof of acceptance.
  • Test account deletion, platform disconnection, cancellation, backups, staff offboarding, and incident response.
  • Review permissions quarterly and platform/legal requirements at least every six months.
  • Do not launch a feature that depends on prohibited scraping, hidden monitoring, or unavailable data.

08 · YOUR PRIVACY CHOICES

ASK. REVIEW. CORRECT. DELETE.

Depending on where you live, you may ask to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of personal information; object to or restrict certain use; withdraw consent; or appeal a denied request. We do not discriminate for exercising a privacy right. Use the contact page and choose “Privacy or legal request.” We may verify identity and authority before acting. An authorized agent may submit a request where law allows.

If we learn that we collected personal information from a child under 13 without valid parental permission, we will delete it. A parent or guardian may contact us to report the issue.

09 · PLATFORM COMPLIANCE

BUILT TO FOLLOW THE RULES.

The Services are independent and are not sponsored or endorsed by Discord, TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, X, LinkedIn, or other connected platforms. Customers and members must follow each platform’s rules. Our implementation will use the official method and minimum scopes a platform permits.
